How soon will my order ship out:
SHIPPING:
Orders ship within 1 business day, and tracking information is provided via email. Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days, but some orders may require an extra day to process or 5-7 business days for delivery to certain locations. Sundays and holidays are non-business days.
We offer free shipping within the United States when you choose USPS Ground Advantage as your shipping option. Please note that this offer is only applicable for shipments within the US borders. Orders usually ship within one business day, except on Sundays and federal holidays.
For our international customers, we provide free shipping from North Carolina to any US exit point (such as Miami or NYC). However, please note that shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility once your order leaves the US. We are committed to ensuring the best possible service and support as your package travels from our facility to your destination anywhere in the world.

What should I do if I'm not happy with my order?
RETURNS - REFUNDS - REPLACEMENTS:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a return window of 7 days for customers in the US and 30 days for customers in the EU. If you wish to return your item, please send me an email at maddylogan7@gmail.com and return the item within the specified timeframe for your region.
We issue refunds or replacements once we receive the item safely in its original condition. For customers in the US, we provide a free return shipping label. However, customers in the EU are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Our "Free Shipping" policy only applies to US addresses.
We do not charge any restocking fee.

How is my jewelry item packaged?
PACKAGING:
Our jewelry pieces are packed with extra care to ensure they arrive in great condition. Each item is wrapped in soft cotton and tissue paper and then placed in a sturdy jewelry box made of high-quality cardboard. We add unique tape to the outer edges of the box to give it a special touch. Finally, we pack the jewelry in a 6 x 10-inch bubble mailer for extra protection during shipping. Whether you're buying a gift for someone special or treating yourself, we want you to receive your jewelry in the best condition possible.
Your Order was marked as "DELIVERED," but you did NOT receive it:
When tracking your package and USPS has it marked as "Delivered," but you have not received this, please notify me within 48 hours with address verification so I may contact USPS and launch a proper investigation. USPS can advise where the carrier was when the package was scanned (when they marked it as "Delivered") using GPS coordinates.
If the wrong address has been entered at the time of the order, you will not qualify for a replacement or a refund.
If your local postmaster determines that it was delivered to the wrong address, please forward me the communication from the postmaster, and I will send you a replacement to the original address provided.
I ordered the wrong SIZE of Bracelet:
Feel free to send me an email at maddylogan7@gmail.com & let me know the correct size needed. Most of my pieces are made to accommodate different wrist sizes for bracelet(s). If I still have the right size that you need in my inventory, OR if I can create the size required, the next steps are as follows:
-Place another order for the correct size
-Send me an email to maddylogan7@gmail.com to state that you are ordering the correct size
-I will then process your new order &, AT THE SAME TIME, send you a return mailing label
-Once you've received the 2nd order with the suitable-sized bracelet, place the -item you are returning to me in its original box & package. Use the return USPS mailing label and drop this in the mail.
-Once I receive the package back - A refund will be sent ASAP
How do I measure my wrist for a link or style bracelet:
Hold your arm with your hand relaxed and fingers gently outstretched. With your other hand, wrap a soft measuring tape around your wrist where you would like to wear the bracelet - don't pull it tight; just measure at a comfortable tension, and there is your wrist measurement!
Any bracelet that is at least as many inches in length or circumference will fit, and it is up to your personal preference if you like to wear something a bit larger for "wiggle room."
If you do not have a flexible measuring tape, you can use the same method with a piece of non-stretchy ribbon or string. Mark where your size is (where the beginning of the ribbon hits the part that is wrapping around), then lay it flat and measure the length with a ruler.
Necklace Chain Sizes:
16-inch Necklace sits gently around the base of the neck on top of the clavicle. This length can be quite versatile as they're easy to wear with just about anything. They'll definitely be on display when wearing V-neck shirts, open-collar button-up shirts/blouses, & scoop necks.
18-inch Necklace falls just below the collarbone & compliments most necklines. They can be worn with any neckline & outfit, an effortless transition from chick to an elegant evening ensemble
20-inch to 22-inch necklace falls somewhere between the collarbone & breastbone. You may wear the necklace inside or outside your blouse/shirt.
Depending on the wearer's height, a 24-inch necklace falls in the middle of the sternum or a few inches above it.
